I’ve been working on improving muscle mass for sometime now, and while I’ve seen some results they haven’t been as significant as I would like.  So I started doing research on supplements and came across Goliath Lab’s Groloid Pre Workout Supplement ( It’s a creatine nitric oxide increasing formula).  I started taking it about two months ago, and it has definitely improved the quality of my workouts (more energy, stamina, power) but still my muscle mass wasn’t increasing as quickly as would have liked.  So I started looking into what else the body needs to build muscle, which is how I came across research that shows that even being slightly dehydrated decreases your body’s ability to gain muscle mass.  In fact, merely a 3-4% drop in your body’s water levels will lead to a 10-20% decrease in muscle contractions!  In other words, if you want to build muscle you HAVE to be adequately hydrated. I never knew!

So it’s been about three weeks since I started my intense hydration regiment.  I make sure I drink between 8 and 10 8oz glasses of water daily and have continued my Groloid use.  The results have been unbelievable.  Finally, I’ve started building the muscle mass I’d been aiming for.  If you’ve been having the same issue, I can’t stress water’s value enough!
